When you contact us via telephone to book a job request, we record your request.

Site Photos
Whilst our engineers are attending your works request at your home. They are required in all instances to take photographs whilst completing your job and associated reports.
In some instances, photographs can hold personal information or contain people and places of which can at times be identifiable.
All photographs taken from all works request are held on our systems indefinitely and are always shared with our customer(s) via our digital job reports.
Site video & Audio
In accordance with the protection of our lone workers and record-keeping. We reserve the right to monitor our staff for the purpose of their and our customer(s) safety.

At times video, audio and photographs may be used on our Youtube TV channel. At no times will this information contain any type of personally identifiable information about our customer(s) or their location.
7. Making A Complaint
When we receive a complaint, the recorded information may be used to resolve your
complaint. All complaints must be received in writing within 28 days upon receipt of
or requesting our services or within 7 days of the issue becoming know to the
complainant.
Please do note in some instances where information is only stored by ourselves for a
limited time period. A complaint may not be possible to resolve if we no longer hold
some or all of the information required to investigate a complaint. In these instances
you will be notified in writing that we are unable to progress with the issues raised.
