  • *Out Of hours Requests Are Only Permitted For Priority 1 & 2 Requests.

 

  • *Same Day Urgent Requests Are Only Permitted For Priority 1 & 2 Requests And Are Chargeable Per Half Hour.

 

  • In Hours Requests Require At Least 24 Hours Notice And Are Reserved For Priority 3 – 5 Only.

 

  • In Hours is Monday – Friday 9 AM- 5 PM.

 

  • Out of hours Are Monday – Friday 5 PM – 9 AM. Saturday & Sunday Are Exclusively Out Of Hours.
  • Priority 1 = Up To A 2 Hr Response Time.
  • Priority 2 = Up To A 8 Hr Response Time.
  • Priority 3 = From A 24 Hr Response Time.
  • Priority 4 = Up To A 7 Day Response Time.
  • Priority 5 = Up To A 28 Day Response Time.

 

*All Priority 1 & 2 Request Decisions are Made Via The Help Desk.

*All Priority 3 – 5 Requests Instructions Can Be Made Either By The Client Or Client Can Instruct Help Desk To Prioritise Requests On Clients Behalf.
